We’re thrilled to invite you to the second Engineering Leadership Summit Munich, an evening for engineering and technology leaders to connect, exchange experiences, and explore what AI transformation looks like beyond the hype.
This year, we’ll examine AI’s impact from two complementary perspectives. At the engineering-team level, we’ll explore the realities of working in a fully agentic setup—from evolving workflows and measurable improvements to stubborn debugging challenges and the limits of promised 10× productivity. At the organisational level, we’ll look at how AI exposes ineffective processes, misaligned leadership, and cultures that struggle to change.
Together, the two talks offer an honest and practical view of what it takes to make AI work—for our teams, our organisations, and the people within them. Alongside the presentations, there will be plenty of time to continue the conversation, share challenges, and connect with fellow engineering leaders.
We’ll also share a first preview of our emerging Developer Productivity Playbook—a practical resource for engineering leaders looking to improve how their teams build, collaborate, and deliver. Explore it during the breaks, exchange ideas with its contributors, and help shape what comes next.
